Title: Quality Management Systems
Location: Bedford, MA
Status: 18-month contract
Hourly rate: $55

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities: Document Control: Manage the organization's document control process, including document creation, review, approval, and distribution.
Maintain the document repository and ensure version control and accessibility.
Process Documentation: Collaborate with departmental leads to document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Ensure alignment of processes with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by organizing documentation, facilitating document retrieval, and ensuring audit readiness.

Quality System Maintenance: Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the development and implementation of process enhancements.
Training Coordination: Assist in tracking and coordinating employee training records related to quality procedures and processes.
Facilitate training sessions and ensure training compliance. Reporting: Generate reports and metrics related to document control, process compliance, and quality system performance.
Provide data analysis to support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in quality assurance, document control, or a related role is preferred.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
