Hashaam Masood

Hashaam is the Associate Director within Technology in New York, specializing in financial technology and development.

His focus lies within front office investment banking technology. Familiar with most of the tech stack currently being used, he enjoys candid conversations on the topic with candidates and hiring managers alike.

He has placed hundreds of enterprise and application developers, operations and infrastructure technicians, and data engineers across the United States.

Hashaam started his career at a technology incubation center in Pakistan before moving to campus recruitment in Brazil. He worked extensively with tech startups, providing leadership, direction and focus on social and developmental projects for low-income communities with applications on health and economy.

He was born and raised in Pakistan, graduating from the National University of Sciences and Technology with a bachelor’s in computer science. He is now pursuing a master’s in quantitative finance from Baruch College.

On the side, Hashaam developed multiple gaming applications, which are still active on all app stores (Kaptaan, Santa Surfer).
