Jenny Favaro

Jenny Favaro brings a BS in Chemistry with about 8 years of talent acquisition supporting both large-scale company buildouts and niche hires in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

During her tenure at GQR, she has worked on many strategic searches within the CMC space, and with several smaller biotechs providing advisory and RPO services, supporting organizations who have not established TA function internally, or are looking for support during transition and large growth periods. She brings together scientific understanding of personalized medicines and novel drug development and emphasis on the importance of culture fit and team camaraderie to help teams grow strategically and impact-fully.

Jenny lives in Jacksonville, FL with her rescue dog Cricket, a chihuahua greyhound mix, who loves to make appearances in her video meetings. She’s a big foodie, novice baker, and enjoys hiking and camping on the weekends.
