Lily Kholina

Lily Kholina is an Associate Vice President within Healthcare operating out of the Los Angeles office, specializing in Registered Nurse recruitment.

She focuses on improving patients’ experiences within hospitals in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Lily has access to a large network of top Registered Nurses looking for new career opportunities.

Her team has been able to assist various hospital units by replacing their temporary travel nurses with permanent staff, which creates better team morale, saving the hospital time and money.

Lily is passionate about the healthcare industry and building teams within hospitals that will improve the patient experience. She brings five years of experience, where she managed and ran a division. Lily is excited to bring the skills she has gained over the years and apply them to GQR.

Lily graduated from Woodbury University with a major in Business Management. Throughout her time at college she was able to build a professional network with many who had amazing wisdom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, trying new cuisines and traveling.
