Luke Salter

Luke Salter is an Executive Vice President leading GQR’s Commercial Life Sciences team.

He is an expert in supporting organizations across the Life Sciences spectrum across all aspects of commercialization. Whether a lean BioPharma is looking to navigate the critical path towards commercialization or an established organization looking to scale their existing team.

Luke and his team have completed hundreds of search assignments consisting of: Commercial C-Suite leaders, Vice President’s, Practice area leaders and assignments including rapid-growth organizations looking to scale utilizing both permanent and contract FTE’s .

Luke’s team covers searches within; Market Access, HEOR, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Forecasting & Analytics and Sales & Marketing.

Luke is a former Law student that relocated to New York from London, UK with an extensive consulting background supporting technology innovations within healthcare.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing football (soccer) and is passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures.
