Nicole Leinders
| Nicole Leinders is Associate Director of Life Sciences, and co-leads the strategy and operations of the division, headquartered out of GQR’s New York office. She is also responsible for managing and scaling the R&D team which covers Drug Discovery and Translational Sciences through Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Development. Nicole has been with GQR for over 6 years and in that time has held various roles across recruitment, sales, account management, and RPO. She now supports the division as they develop long-term, strategic partnerships with emerging biotechnology companies working in oncology, immunology, neurology, and rare diseases. She is passionate about staying up to date on the latest industry news and technologies, and ensures her team utilizes that market knowledge to develop trusting, consultative relationships with candidates and clients alike. A graduate of St. Lawrence University with a dual degree in English-Environmental Studies and Political Science, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family in the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York. |
