Sera Cullen is an SVP within Healthcare, operating out of the New York office.
She works with the nationwide healthcare staffing team, with primary responsibility for the Northeastern region of the United States, and specializes in acute care travel nursing and overall business development in the State of Connecticut.
With a unique ability to match qualified candidates with the right assignment, she has maintained up to 128 acute care travel nurses every month with an extraordinary candidate retention level. Her extensive and expansive network of contacts throughout the healthcare industry enables her to provide details about medical facilities around the country and persuasive and personalized information that helps candidates make difficult decisions.
Sera has a passion for connecting with people and finding positions that will allow them to thrive professionally.
She has an MBA with a focus in Production and Operations Management from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University. Her hobbies used to include travel, tennis, golf, and bridge, and then she had four children who are all now in their teens, so she no longer has any hobbies.
Sera was born in Dampier, Western Australia, and was raised in Melbourne, Hong Kong, and Darien, Connecticut. In addition to Connecticut, Sera has lived in New York, North Carolina, Idaho, Florida, and Illinois and has learned that while each place is unique and amazing in its own way, there are great people everywhere.
