January 27, 2020

JANUARY, 15 2020 – Investors In People (IIP) visited GQR in November 2019 to interview its team members and understand sentiment regarding GQR’s level of investment in its people. We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the We Invest In People, Silver Accreditation. This is a fantastic achievement and something only 20% of the organizations IIP assesses are awarded. GQR shares this recognition with other noteworthy companies such as Deloitte, Four Seasons Hotel and Salix Finance. Additionally, GQR achieved the Gold Standard for continuous improvement and leadership.

Investors In People was founded in 1991 and they are a global organization that helps businesses benchmark themselves against best-in-class organizations when it comes to categories such as people development, leadership and continuous improvement.

Commenting on the award, Matt Bennett, GQR’s Director of Learning and Development said, “GQR is proud to now hold the Silver Investors In People status. This is a globally recognized accreditation that demonstrates how far we have come over the last 11 years when it comes to investing in our most important asset, our people.”

GQR was recently recognized by ATD Excellence Awards For Its Onboarding L&D Foundation Program, Staffing Industry Analyst as the #3 Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firm in 2019 and CEO Steven Talbot on SIA’s 40 under 40 list.
