LOS ANGELES, DEC. 18, 2019 — The Association for Talent Development (ATD) has selected GQR as its 2019 Excellence in Practice Award winner for its Onboarding: Learning & Development Foundation Program. ATD’s Excellence in Practice Awards program recognizes exemplary practices in workplace learning and talent development. This year ATD received 200 blind entries in 13 categories. GQR shares the spotlight with global brands such as Accenture, Coca-Cola, FedEx, John Hopkins Medical and many other notable names.
Matt Bennett, Associate Director, said, “We’re thrilled to have won this prestigious ATD award for our Foundation onboarding program. For a firm of our size to be recognized alongside global brands shows just how ambitious we are. We’re proud of the training we offer at every stage of our employees’ careers but are already working on improving our Foundation program even further for our new colleagues joining us in 2020.”
ATD is committed to shared learning and recognition of excellence in practice. Awards are presented to practices that have demonstrated clear and measurable results of achieving organizational goals, meet a demonstrated need, have appropriate design values and clearly aligned with other performance improvement initiatives. These practices have long-term, sustained results.
