The possibilities for what AI can achieve is exciting given that this new technology can exceed human capabilities. However, a new study conducted by KPMG shows that business leaders are reluctant to hand over the reins to machines to make critical decisions without understanding the mechanics behind how those conclusions are being made.
If you are considering adopting AI and machine learning into your organization, one tip KPMG recommends for improving AI governance is to, “assess current governance framework and perform a gap analysis to identify opportunities and areas that need to be updated.”
