Machine learning engineers are in high demand as more companies integrate technologies into their business. These professionals perform sophisticated programming and work with complex data set and algorithms to train intelligent systems. According to indeed, between June 2015 and June 2018, the number of job postings with “AI” or “machine learning” increased by nearly 100%. The percent of searches for these terms on Indeed also increased by 182% in that time frame, the report found.
While many fear AI and machine learning is taking over, it is creating more positions such as machine learning engineers.
