Alexis Kennedy

Alexis Kennedy is an Associate Vice President within Life Sciences specializing in Healthcare, operating out of the Austin, TX office.

She works with major hospitals in Texas helping them staff hard-to-fill roles within their clinical and leadership settings. Her market knowledge allows her to point out pain points within different units of a hospital.

She and her team have skillfully placed a multitude of elite talent into the number one medical center in the world helping them maintain their top tier status.

Additionally, her team has successfully reduced hospital travel staffing budgets by identifying niche candidates for major health systems throughout Texas. They are subject matter experts for RN’s, Allied Health, Np’s and Healthcare leadership roles in a rapid response setting.

Following her passion for healthcare and impacting patient care, Alexis moved from Denver to tap into the Texas Market and work alongside other passionate industry leaders. She now helps lead the company’s Healthcare team, focusing on major hospitals struggling with the shortage of qualified clinical and allied healthcare workers.

Alexis graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Medical Science. Since graduating college her entire career has been dedicated to specializing and growing her knowledge within the healthcare field.

Rather than going into the Nursing field, Alexis saw her strengths in supporting behind the scenes operations by providing quality employees to improve patient and hospital care. Outside of the office, she volunteers at local hospitals.
