Our Story

History

GQR launched in London in spring 2009 with the objective of augmenting the human capital industry. Pursuing this goal has been the key driver behind delivering niche talent to the world’s most influential organizations.

In our first few years, we solidified ourself as a results-driven market leader with deep market expertise. This served to fortify long-lasting relationships with elite talent and institutions around the world.

GQR expanded into the Americas by opening its first U.S. office in Los Angeles. This extends our reach and global presence – with subsequent offices opening in New York in 2014, Sydney in 2016, Austin in 2017 and Düsseldorf in 2020.

GQR’s globalization pillar extends our access to the markets most important to the economy, placing extreme emphasis on business divisions that are scalable, futureproof and will make an impact not only on the economy but the future of mankind.

Since our company’s inception, GQR has served more than 500 organizations throughout the world in more than 30 industry sectors.

We are proud to be named on LinkedIn’s Most Socially Engaged List and one of the fastest-growing permanent recruitment services providers in the U.S. as ranked by the 2016, ’17 and ’18 Inc. 5000. Of the 19 staffing and talent acquisition firms that consecutively made the list for the past three years, GQR ranks highest, due to a staggering 438% growth in revenue.

Leadership Team

GQR’s tenacious leaders are at the forefront of our business uniting diversity of thought, highly specialized market knowledge and innovative strategies to drive global business growth.
